Early
Experience - Real estate came at an early age. Carl negotiated leases
for commercial property when he was 17, purchased
his first home at age 20 and first commercial building at age 23. Over the
years, before becoming a licensed Realtor, Carl bought 7 homes, 3
commercial buildings, vacant lots and time share properties. After a brief
career in management of restaurants and night clubs, Carl Vagnetti became
a licensed real estate agent in March of 1988.
