The price includes up to 3 photos in the design. Additional photos are $35 each. Professional photos must be accompanied by written permission from the photographer or studio. A B&W proof will be mailed for your approval prior to printing. 50% of the price is paid when ordering, the balance is due before printing (after you approve the proof). Mail a copy of this form, along with photos, the words for the back of the card, and your check to:
